Richard leads Reds10 Developments, shaping its strategy, partnerships and pipeline. He works with councils, housing associations, charities and developers to unlock land and bring forward high quality, affordable homes, structuring the agreements, investment cases and funding routes that turn stalled sites into deliverable schemes. With more than 20 years across development and construction, he has held senior roles on both sides of the industry and also sets the Reds10 Group’s growth strategy in the residential and healthcare sectors.
Qualified in architecture and construction management, and a long-standing advocate of industrialised construction and the use of AI in the built environment, Richard speaks regularly at industry events and chairs roundtables on housing delivery. His passion is delivering quality homes that make a real difference to people’s lives, with social impact built into every scheme.

Damon runs Reds10 Developments alongside Richard, leading the residential programme from site acquisition through appraisal, planning and delivery. He brings over 25 years in construction, development and investment, with senior roles at organisations including L&G Capital, Essential Living and BAM Construct UK, and deep experience of the funding and delivery models that make affordable schemes viable. His focus is on homes of all tenures, including affordable, social and temporary accommodation, and on constrained sites where conventional development struggles to stack up. Known for his rigour and attention to detail, Damon makes sure every scheme meets its commitments on cost, programme and quality, and leaves a lasting benefit for the community around it.

Matt Thorpe is the Chief Financial Officer for the Reds10 Group, bringing over 15 years’ experience from a top 10 accountancy practice, including nearly a decade as a Senior Partner. He has held senior leadership roles as Head of Construction and Head of Private Business, supporting a diverse portfolio of construction and real estate clients.

Matt has worked with businesses ranging from £10m to £300m turnover, gaining deep insight across all disciplines in the sector. He brings expertise spanning financial systems, process implementation and strategic planning, providing clear financial leadership and board-level oversight to support sustainable growth.

Nicola is an accomplished marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that drive brand visibility and engagement. With experience spanning campaign optimisation, stakeholder management, and team leadership, she combines creativity with analytical insight to deliver impactful results. At Reds10, Nicola leads marketing initiatives that showcase the company’s innovation and commitment to excellence. Her focus is on building strong relationships and ensuring consistent, results-driven communication across all platforms.

Scott has spent nearly two decades driving technical innovation in construction, helping Reds10 become a leader in industrialised solutions. His fascination with engineering started early and continues to fuel his passion for creating smarter, more sustainable ways to build. Across the Reds10 Group, Scott spearheads AI integration and digital strategies that transform design, manufacturing, and delivery. He is committed to pushing boundaries, adapting to change, and ensuring the next chapter of the group’s journey is as ground-breaking as the last.

Orla brings nearly a decade of health and safety expertise across diverse construction sectors, from major infrastructure projects to complex high risk operations. She is passionate about embedding safety into design and leveraging off-site manufacturing solutions to eliminate risks not only for the frontline operatives but the communities we work within.

At Reds10, Orla leads our Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy with a hands-on approach, combining technical knowledge with a deep understanding of people and processes. Her mission is clear: make safety integral to every decision, reduce on-site risks through innovative design, and deliver projects where everyone goes home safe. Her vision is grounded in our Health & Safety manifesto: “Safe and well today. Here tomorrow.”

Olivia champions social value at Reds10 Developments, creating programmes that support women, young people, veterans, and ex-offenders in accessing fulfilling careers. With a background in film and television, she brings creativity and passion to fostering inclusion and equality in construction. Olivia is dedicated to shaping environments that inspire future generations and believes in the power of people to drive industry change. Her work ensures Reds10 delivers lasting positive impact in communities.
