Located on a 50 acre site in the heart of East Yorkshire, this is where industrialised construction comes to life. Modules are produced in a controlled environment to a pre-manufactured value of up to 92% before being brought to site for assembly.
This manufacturing-led approach allows us to apply the same precision, consistency and quality-control processes found in advanced industries to the delivery of homes and community buildings.
