Designed for shared ownership, all homes meet NDSS and M4(2) accessibility standards and are delivered using Reds10 Developments’ high pre‑manufactured value (PMV 80–85%) modular construction approach. This ensures predictable quality, rapid delivery, and minimal disruption to the surrounding community.
